500 & 400 errors on wordpress site - troubleshoot and fix

On my Wordpress site, in the console I am getting a number of 500, 400, and critical errors (that resolve on page refresh), I am also not even getting Ninjaforms to load at all. I need a bid on someone to come in and fix all of the errors and ensure that ninjaforms is working as desired.
