enhance existing HR System

our company currently has an existing codeigniter built HR system
the previous developer could not be reached anymore.
The system already has the basic functions (Philippine government standards) but lack some features that is needed to make the system better
System enhancement needed
1. Digital Time-In and Time-Out (for individual or office recording)
2. Automated computation of tax deduction (BIR Income Tax)
3. Automated computation of SSS (social security system PH) deduction
4. Income Tax Statement generation
5. Leaves (VL / SL ) monitoring and approval process
