email issue in my php site to be fixed immediately

my website does not send verification / password reset etc emails to users emails. need to fix this issue immediate way...
current issues...
1- email issue as explained.
2- watermark not shown on images.
3- blog article image not shown on homepage blog section.
4- when we post add and click submit button ad get posted but after clicking that button small circle buffering and look like page got stuck... when we go to homepage and see the new ad you see there.
