A education technology product running on a website

I am looking for a skilled developer to create an education technology product for my website. The project requires the following features:
The software would be encompass AI and machine learning. The database would be provided in excel spreadsheet format.
eg. The software utilize machine learning that reads the data of 10 year question and answers and predict the questions for the following year.
eg. The students answers a set of test papers. The AI interpret the amount of time they spend on the questions and the accuracy of the answers to identify their strengths and weakness.
eg. The software can generate test paper for the candidate based on their past assignments
At a later stage,
- Virtual classrooms and video conferencing: I want to provide a platform for online learning, where students can attend virtual classes and engage in video conferences with instructors.
The website will be running on a custom-built platform, so the ideal candidate should have experience in custom web development.
The timeline for completing the project is 1-2 months, so the developer should be able to work efficiently and deliver the product within this timeframe.
