editing flutter code base to add multivendor platform and also in app call feature. The code base is flutter and the backend is laravel.

i current have a multi restaurant flutter app, backend in laravel. it lists all the nearby restaurants. However i want to add 2 features.
1. A multivendor: Now in each restaurant i want to be able to add chefs. So therefore there are multiple chefs in a restaurant. This means that when you click on the restaurant page you see a list of all the chefs in the restaurant. and when you click on that chef, you find his menu and all that he offers. So there has to be a chefs page, which contains all the chefs foods. and there has to be a restaurant page that lists all the chefs in that restaurant...each restaurant has a collection of chefs
