editing in affliate project

I have a website and I added a referral system to give rewards to our customers, the system of the referral is nearly completed but I need some editing in the style and in the registration form

I prefer if the programmer spoke Arabic cause the project and the website are in the Arabic language, in addition to, i need the project to be completed by tomorrow
