edit a small python script

I am looking for a Python developer to edit a small Python script. The script needs to be split into two parts according to specific instructions provided by me.

Specific requirements for the project include:

- Splitting the existing script into two parts
- Ensuring that the script functions properly after it's split
- Optimizing the script for automation purposes

Ideal skills and experience for the job:

- Strong proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience in script editing and modification
- Familiarity with automation techniques and best practices

Current script - what it does
Takes a look at countries5Test.csv file

Creates an Outlook Message message formatted:
I hope you are well.
Please password protect all payroll-related files you share with us.
Please find below the payroll adjustments for September-23:
Please also find the Holiday Report that runs from January-23 until September-23 in this email.

Inserts a table below in the main body of the message

What I am looking for:
Part 1
The table needs to appear in a
Folder: Named Payroll Adjustments
In the folder there are Country Folders
e.g Australia (Month) 23
then an excel sheet with the data

Another Script - Part 2
The outlook message in the main body per country:
I hope you are well.
Please password protect all payroll-related files you share with us.
Please find attached the reports for (month) 23 in this email:
- Payroll Adjustments
- Holiday Report
- Timesheets
