ebay scraping program

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an eBay scraping program that is able to scrape product names and prices from the platform. The data does not need to be stored in any specific format. To make it easier for data extraction, I also need the program to be able to run automatically at flexible intervals for maximum efficiency. I am also open to other suggestions to further optimize the program.

For example, I would like to enter a keyword or set of keywords, then have the program scrape for item titles/descriptions that have those keywords. I would also like to associate a price with these keywords. If the item matches the keyword and is less than the specified price, then that item gets saved somehow. I would like to receive an email or mobile notification when this happens if possible. Additionally, I would like to be able to run many of these keyword/price combinations and have it refresh regularly.
