eLearning SCORM-Compatible Module Creation

I am looking for an experienced eLearning developer who can convert written lesson plans and training content into SCORM-compliant training modules. This project will include interactive elements, multimedia integration (photos and short videos), and assessments. The modules will be used in a professional training environment and must be compatible with LMS platforms such as Paylocity.
Project Scope:
1. Number of Lessons and Modules:
o Approximately 15 lessons, each consisting of 3-4 modules.
o Each module will cover specific topics, including scripts that the learner must practice.
o You will receive text, photos, and video clips (1-1.5 minutes each) for each module.
2. Content to Convert:
o Written lesson plans and content will be provided.
o You will be required to:
Convert the content into engaging SCORM-compliant modules.
Add interactive elements such as quizzes, drag-and-drop activities, and role-playing simulations.
Integrate photos and video clips into the modules.
Ensure the modules align with specific learning objectives.
3. Deliverables:
o SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004-compliant files ready for integration into Paylocity or a similar LMS.
o Fully functional interactive modules, including quizzes and skill practices.
o Clear instructions and feedback mechanisms within each module to ensure learner engagement.
4. Format and Tools:
o Use eLearning authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
o Must ensure compatibility with SCORM standards and our LMS platform.
5. Multimedia Integration:
o Incorporate photos of products and employees as well as short video clips demonstrating product features or employee activities.
o Ensure media is optimized for web use and functions smoothly in the final modules.
6. Cost-Sensitive Consideration:
o This project is cost-sensitive. We are open to receiving modules either individually or in groups of 3-4 modules at a time.
o Please provide pricing options for:
Converting text into a script with interactive directions.
Creating full SCORM-compliant modules from pre-written text and directions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in creating SCORM-compliant training modules.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools.
• Strong understanding of interactive design and learner engagement techniques.
• Ability to integrate multimedia and test for compatibility with LMS platforms.
• Provide sample work or a portfolio demonstrating similar projects.
Budget & Timeline:
• Please provide an estimate for both single-module and batch development.
• Provide expected delivery timelines for individual modules and grouped modules.
