eBay motors compatibility tool -- 2

We need the scraper tool to copy down our competitor's compatibility list. - Copy the compatibility list from existing listing to an excel sheet (up to 1000 multiple pagination per listing)
Once the compatibility list is copied down, we would like to know the most effective way to upload the list to ebay directly or use another software to input it so we do not have to input them one by one.
I am willing to explore all options. let me know what you think and if you can do it. other ideas are welcome.
