eBay Vintage Image Gallery Program

I'm looking for a program that creates a thumbnail gallery of vintage images, linking back to eBay listings. The gallery will be hosted on my website.

Requirements:
- Thumbnail gallery with 60 thumbnails per page (4 rows of 15)
- Clickable thumbnails to full-size images
- Clickable full-size images linking back to eBay listings

Preferred Operation:
- Run the program from my desktop and upload it to my site, or run it directly from my site.

I will provide:
- Image file names
- Locations where they are uploaded on my site
- Each eBay item number (for linking to eBay descriptions)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in web development
- Experience with image galleries and eBay APIs
- Ability to create desktop-run programs

Please ensure the images easily link back to the eBay listings.

(i don't think experience with eBay API is necessary...just a simple clickable gallery)

(I really would like to have this accomplished by early next week)
