eBay / Shopify orders management software

Job description:
I need a software that will allow the users to sync their orders from different marketplaces (eBay + Shopify as starter) and have our team ordered in their behalf.
Features needed:
-Login + registration
-Possibility to connect their multiple eBay/Shopify stores to the software and filter them if they want.
-Orders page where every store will have his orders showing up for the users
The software need to scrap the orders details like address, buyer name, order id, buyer username.
Possibility for the user to add the order ID or leave blank and have our team to look for it manually
-Wallet page where the users can load money to our company (connected to stripe, bluesnape,paypal)
Backend page
- System for our staff that will scrap all the orders from all the users on a unique place
-Possibility to create multiple users with different level or permission
-research by order ID
-Modify and change the status of the orders when our team fulfill them, and the status should change also to the user page.Also the system need to deduct the money from the user once our staff fulfills the order.
-Field to add tracking number if available and need to reflect on order page of the users and add automatically to his eBay/Shopify store
