eBay Purchase Trigger Development for Zapier

I need a custom eBay purchase trigger built for Zapier. Currently, Zapier doesn't support a "New Purchase" trigger for buyers. I want this new trigger to replicate all the data points that the existing "new order (as a seller)" trigger uses.

The trigger should do the following after detecting a new purchase:
- Send data to another app (specifically, another Zap within Zapier)

The data points to be included in the trigger are:
- Item details
- Purchase date
- Total cost
- Cost of shipping
- Shipping address used
- Item title
- Shipping information once it's shipped
- Returns accepted

Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience with Zapier and eBay's API.
