eBay API Script

DESCRIPTION: Update eBay Data deletion workflow

DELIVERABLE: PHP API script that kicks off an email to a specified address using a configuration file that stores the secrets and email address using content in the API return. It must follow the specifications in the eBay documentation below.

FEATURES:
- Must be able to work with Ebay API as outlined in resources section and acknowledge the request to eBay

VERIFICATION:
- Ebay is sucessfully triggered
- Verification code is sucessfully recieved
- Account deletion message is recieved
- Email is sucessfully sent.
