eBay API Developer

Hello! I am looking for an experienced eBay API developer to help with my project. Specifically, I need the developer to assist with product data and listing onto eBay with seamless connectivity. I do not currently have access to the eBay API documentation or developer account, so these arrangements need to be done by the developer. Plus, I will need ongoing support and maintenance after the initial development, so experience with troubleshooting and debugging is preferred.
