Código em Php com integração de Formulários de leads do Facebook

I am looking for a developer to create a custom PHP code and integration with forms from Facebook. The code needs to be written from scratch and will be used to capture and store leads from all fields in a Facebook form. The code should be written in accordance with best practices, should be well-documented, readable, and cleanly commented. Additionally, the code should have the necessary security measures in place to ensure safe transfer of data between web service and end users. The scope of work also includes creating automated responses to any leads received from the Facebook forms. The successful freelancer must have experience with web development, particularly PHP and working with different APIs.

I need the application to perform webhook integration of different Facebook accounts (I have software that I want to develop via Saas) and not just automation for a single Facebook business account.
