develop a woocommerce plugin for custom design image product

We built an ecommerce website with woocommerce,
we need to develop a new plugin to allow users to customize there product image by adding their own text, select text font from a specific list of fonts,select from pre-defined clip art objects, with selection of some attributes, selections will affect the product price.
Selections will be shown on product page image
All options are added to cart and email sent to client.
