Re-design form with custom beautiful css

I want you to help me to redesign the register, login, password reset pages.
and please make sure that the new css is responsive and have a beautiful look.
Also important to look at the: Errors and Validation
Admin portal: Login page
Frontend Portal: Login page, register page and password reset page.
This is a php system and not just a form. I think its a form using a css and a bootstrap.
*Please I would want the custom css not to affect the system in the admin.
