I am looking for a skilled web designer to redesign the homepage of my college website. The main objective of the redesign is to optimize the website for mobile devices. I have a list of specific design elements and features that I want to include, so the ideal candidate will be able to work closely with me to ensure that these are incorporated. I am looking for a traditional and classic style for the website, with a color scheme that reflects this. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing websites that are optimized for mobile devices, as well as a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to work with traditional and classic design elements.
