dayz server creator/developer

I am looking for a talented DayZ server creator/developer to help me build a server that I have specific plans and ideas for.the creator must have knowledge of this game and how it works!! The server needs to have custom mods and plugins, and must have enhanced performance and stability integrated into it. In addition, I am in need of improved server management tools. I already have certain mod and plugin specifics in mind, but am open to suggestions or advice on potential ones. My targeted server is expected to accommodate 50-100 players. With the right person, this project could result in ongoing work on the server at a later date.
