database website

For my project, I need an experienced web developer to build a website with a basucally-functional database. I have specified I require an SQL database, and have not requested any special features. The security needs to be basic for this application. The freelancer must demonstrate prior experience with building database websites. Further, they must understand how to ensure the database meets the security requirements. If they have any additional suggestions to make the database more secure, they should be provided. Communication is key, and the successful freelancer must remain in contact during the process.
