daily checking of vulnerabilities fra cve.org

I need a small portal in php/mysql where I am able to login an add a company and a list of software/hardware assosiated with this company. Every day the new vulnerabilitylist from cve.org should be retrived and compared with the companies list of sftware and hadware and if there is a match between the CVE vulnarbility and a software/hardware on the company list and email should be send with a warning. The company list of software/hardware should be encrypted when stored in database.
