1D cutting bar optimizer php script

I am in need of a skilled PHP developer to create a script that can produce efficient cutting plans, focusing solely on 90-degree cuts for 1D materials. The purpose of these plans is to optimize the cutting process, ensuring minimal waste and maximum efficiency.
Here's what I'm looking for in detail:
- I require the script to handle JSON (.json) format, input and output.
- Input of stock material available and pieces to be cut.
- Output of cutting plans that include: overall dimensions of the material, detailed number and dimensions of each cut, the script should prioritize the generation of plans that will result in as little leftover material as possible.
I only require php script, no graphical interface.
Must be compatible with php 7.0 and 8.0.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in PHP scripting and algorithm development.
- Experience with optimization problems, particularly cutting algorithms.
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving capabilities.
