customize theme on magento 2

we have paid theme Magento 2. we like to make some simple customize.
1) core update
2) remove old theme
3) lazy images bug - the problem is because of one of these app install Full Page Cache Warmer or Google Page Speed Optimizer
4) footer - help info show that needs to be removed
5) LOGO show X2.
6) google speed score.
