creating invoice tool 2

Hello. I have invoice creating tool which needs to do professionally. Deeply details i will explain. But i know to do this task needs strong knowledge in java script, jquery, Codeigniter last version, mysql database. 2 developer already tryed to do this task but couldnt complete. I have max 2 day. i know code structure and some part already done. Who can start now and will work during 2 day only on this with above strong knowledge i think it is possible to finish during day also.
