create wordpress plugin for penny auction
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
build plugin for penny auction, it is a type of auction that we sell packages bids for sell something for cents or more cheaper
my requirements are :
* Receive payments by Stripe (to receive payments for packages)
* the bid price in the auction can be edited the value (for example: the initial price of the product will start at 100,000 JPY, I would like to set the price of the BID at 200 JPY in this auction, the user who makes 1 BID the price will rise for 100,200JPY)
* Limit the auction by the number of people (I intend to limit the number of people for product price do not become expensive)
* Show the name and surname and the city of the user who made the bid on the Bids monitor (it would be nice to show the last 3 bids)
* Set the auction for days and hours but extend the auction time by 60 seconds for every bid made by the user. (to allow the user time in the final moments of the auction to buy more bid pack)
* The user just can buy more bids if are a registered user
for Admin backend
* mail settings : send a message to user that bought package of bids, and send to admin mail too ,
* Price settings:currency’s , initial price , price for 1 bid , time to start auction, time to finish
* User balances : Do manually add user balance or decrease
* Orders: create packages to sell by price
