create whmcs module to display clients timezone on profile page

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a WHMCS module that will display the client's current local time on their profile page directly below the clients telephone number within the "Clients Information" area of the client profile page.

Requirements:
- Display the current local time of the client on their profile page
- The time information should update in real-time
- Only interested in USA timezones and zone should be auto-calculated based on the customer's address.
- Two fields should be placed below phone number: 1) Name of timezone of customer (Eastern, Pacific, etc.) 2) Actual current time at that zone.
- Module should be secure and not allow any breach to my WHMCS system
- Module should be kept light without any unnecessary code, however code must be clearly commented for troubleshooting down the road.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of WHMCS and module development
- Proficiency in PHP and MySQL
- Experience with real-time updates and working with timezones
