create website for search Image from drive

I have a lot of image files stored on OneDrive, but can too move Hetzner Storage Box, Contabo Storage Box or Dropbox
What I want to ask is can you make a website/system/bot that will call the image from storage for me to download if it's available on the website, and if it doesn't, there is information about file not found.

Then what I searched for the ID number on the web
My needs are internal, not commercial, so I just want to check the files I've downloaded, instead of having to search for one by one
