create a unique url link

When we create the link from a survey pltform we send newsletters to email lists we have, in order to have these people participating in the survey. This can be forwarded by a participant to another person who has not been invited to participate in the survey. So we need a way to create a unique url link so that the invitation once sent is "burned out" once answered.
