create script to gather information from pdf bills -- 2

Hello ,

I want to create a script that will do the following :

1- pull the pills from the emails , and then read the content
2- save some data from this pdf file into database , and I suggest to use microsoft access or something that easy to handle
3- the script need to run 1 time every 30 minute to check all new emails and see the pdf files to gather the information
