create plugin for importing woocommerce products from json files, with schedule every hour

Hi comer icheisto I need to make a plugin or function that every hour (or whenever I want) or via link activates the import of products from a json file found in a specific link. If the product does not exist, you must create it and if it exists, you must update all the fields.
The system must also understand if the product is variable and in that case create a variable product.
