create a cryptocurrency martingale robot

I would to create a cryptocurrency martingale robot that will allow me to but cryptocurrencies using the Martingale methodology.

There are 3 options:
1. Using cryptohopper.com script functionalities (if it's possible to do it there)

2. Creating a PHP script or online tool to connect to Binance API to do the trades.

3. Android app.

The second and third options are preferred

The script should behave like Royal Q robot but with these differences. www.royalqs.com

Risks, number of trades, etc, should be the same.

But... I should be able to specify which cryptocurrencies pairs can be traded and which cannot by having almost of Binance cryptos retrieved by the API.

I should be able to toggle on/on any cryptocurrency cross pair, usually usdt cross pairs. Only those checked will be used by the Martingale script to start the buying or selling process.

It should behave like Royal Q but it will only buy/sell those cryptos that have been manually enabled, with the risk specified.

The took should allow me to;
- Add username/password (register)
- Add different Binance APIs to trade different accounrs
