create qr codes that link to a survey and send results via sms
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
-create qr codes
-link them to a survey site where user can click "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" as well as type a comment and take a pic
-once submitted the survey needs to be automatically sent via sms and email (different sms number each qr code)
-after its all done we need a quick bullet point instruction manual written for our office to use when they need to create more qr codes in different locations
***i dont know which software is needed to send the sms but we do have a zapier account, if needed
