create backoffice stock trading application

I'm looking to develop a new backoffice stock trading application that has all the essential features for successful trade execution and account management. Specifically, I would like the application to feature real-time account data, trade execution capabilities and account management tools. Additionally, I do not require any specific integration with any other platforms or databases. Finally, I would like to have a web-based and mobile application platform for the software.
