create affiliate program (refer to earn) in php

hello every one i have a software i want to make its affiliation program And I want to fit that program in my control panel if every user registers by clicking on the affiliation market, then a link should be generated and all the new users created from that link They should get the discount as per admin set price. It means to say that we need such a program like refer to earn in all other software.
