UI conversion on Bootstrap for an existing PHP application

I already have an application built on core PHP. The header, footer and the sidebar is common and its already been applied for all pages (around 100 pages). I would need a Bootstrap expert who could work on the content section of the application. I need your help for 40 pages. The design for each of these pages are available in XD format. The designs are pretty simple. However, you should have expertise in working within PHP scripts as the application is not on MVC architecture.
