configure CSGO Coinflip Script & update user login and improve operation -- 2

We are looking at launching a coinflip website like the CSGO coinflip sites back some 10 years ago but we want some updates.
What we have done: We have uploaded the files (script), created a db and imported the sql file as well as updated the config with the cb files.
The site loads but the STEAM API does not connect. So we need to update the script to operate in a way that supports in 2025. We need:
Tasks for this stage:
1) Remove the usage of steam with the script and replace the user account system with an email / password registration / login. ( we will require users to confirm their email account to withdraw).
2. We need a coinflip system to be update to support place holder items which each have a value (we will supply a list of items and the games they are from as well as the indivudual price and picture for each item. )
3. update the coinflip process so when a user creates a coinflip they select the items from the above list onsite in the popup window which then sets a value of the coinflip, they then select what side of the coin they are choosing then click create, The coinflip will create and appear on the lobby page like it used too.
