To complete laravel functions to save record and generate PDF report -- 2

I am looking for a Laravel developer who can help me complete the following functions for my project:

- Saving records in a specific database
- Generating PDF reports with a specific layout

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Strong proficiency in Laravel framework and PHP
- Experience with database management and SQL
- Familiarity with PDF generation libraries in Laravel
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate record saving and report generation

Step 1:
- Fill up Form A, page 1 and 2
- Save to table
- Can generate PDF report after saving
Note:
- can save some of the fields and continue completing it later
- Insert function is already developed but not 100% completed

Step 2:
- Fill up Form B
- Save to table

Step 3:
- Fill up Form C
- Save to table

Step 4:
- Fill up Form D
- Save to table

Step 5:
Can generate PDF report combining information from Form A and choose to combine with form B or C or D (user can choose more than 1 form)
