E-commerce website needed -- 2

Need a website made for an online store that sells amazons returned items as well as other gently used items. It needs to have a payment processor that can accept payments directly on the website and that I can manually enter in a payment as well if I were to have an in person/phone sale. Each item would have to be individually uploaded with a description of each item. There would only usually be one of each item. Would need this all to be done fairly quick. I want it set up in a way that all items are categorized into 4 differently priced groups. Ex. 0-10; 11-20; 21-30; 31-40. With nothing over $40. I want there to be a membership program where for every dollar that they spend they receive 1 point on the rewards program. Where every point is equivalent to $1 that can only be spent on items in a seperate category specific for this members rewards program. In that category will be low priced items with a value of under $5 usually. Also a system where if someone spends more than $100 in a single purchase they will recieve 3 ballots in a raffle to win a grand prize just in time for christmas. On christmas morning 3 lucky winners will receive a generous gift as a result of being winning the raffle. Single raffle tickets can be purchased at the price of $5 each or 25 for $50. Prizes will be kept a secret but est approx value will be displayed for customers to see. I want there to be an automated bot that messages them through a pop up chat box. And for it to ask what brought them to the site today, and if they have any questions. Then to invite them to sign up with the loyalty vip membership program and to create an account. Also to have a vip members only online auctions on certian items once a week at the end of every week. Items will start at 5 dollars and increase by 20% every bid. Highest bid on each items after an hour will be awarded to winner for $20 + 20% of winning bid plus they'll recieve $25 in bonus member cash back points to use on member only category. Needs to be modern and eye catchiny. Simple user interfaces, abilities to track and record user profiles and payment methods. Ability to create automated invoices and account summery and wishlist, watch list, want list, bid list, shopping cart. Option to save cart and option to leave suggestions on what items they would like to see being sold here. Social media intergrations and qr code referral links. Need to be constantly maintained and renewed with fresh items every week.
