E-commerce WordPress Developer Needed

I'm seeking an experienced WordPress developer to create an e-commerce store for physical products. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in WordPress and have a strong portfolio in developing e-commerce websites.
Key Requirements:
- Expert in WordPress with a focus on e-commerce
- Proven experience with developing websites for physical product sales
- Proficiency in integrating essential e-commerce features
Essential Features:
- Upload features for pictures. Want to have them able to upload designs or photos so I can see them
- Depending how technical you are. I would like a feature where customer can upload file to a hoodie, and they can place their design on my products. Please see the images I attached for example.
- Payment Gateway Integration: Seamless and secure online transactions are a must.
- Product Reviews: A system that allows customers to review and rate products
- Inventory Management: A reliable system to track stock levels, orders, sales and deliveries.
