E-commerce Website Overhaul & Bug Fixing

I am facing a series of issues with my multivendor e-commerce website and need a reliable web developer to assist me.

Issues to be addressed:
1. Product Upload Error: When uploading products from various vendors, I'm encountering a timeout error. I should be able to upload files up to 10MB, but I'm only able to upload 2MB files. This needs urgent attention.

2. Misleading Links: The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy options in the footer are incorrectly redirecting to the product return page.

3. Missing Icon: The download Play Store app icon is absent from the header section of the website.

4. Email Update: The email ID in the footer and the contact section needs to be changed.

5. Website Aesthetics: The general look and feel of the website is outdated and needs a transformation to a modern and sleek layout.
