E-commerce Site for Electronics

I'm looking for an experienced Wordpress web developer to create a modern e-commerce website for selling electronic components.
Please note, product listings will be added by us at a later stage. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with e-commerce development, and Stripe integration. A keen eye for modern design trends and understanding of e-commerce priorities will be crucial for this project.
We want a clean, functional, smooth & efficient user-friendly website that has the required information in a sequential & logical manner which makes decision making easy for the user.

Industrial Shields would be one of our partners but there are other partners whose products would be available on our website as well, hence the website should have a universal appeal.
Our Expectation:
1. Creativity: to make it look different & unique to give our customers great experience.
2. User Friendly: lack of it should not be the reason for the customer not coming back to us.
3. Response time: a query between us and the web developer should be promptly responded to.
4. Milestones: please share the milestones and the respective timeline to achieve it.
5. Timely completion: project to be completed within the agreed timeframe.
6. Cost Escalation: no cost escalation once the final price has been agreed.
7. Admin Panel: We will need access to an admin panel where we can add brands, products, product categories and sub categories, images etc. We should also be able to modify content on pages at a later stage.
8. Preferable CMS platform to be Wordpress.
9. It should have a CRM plugin to manage subscribers and website visitors with tracking via google analytics
10. The website should be Search engine optimized
11. Payment gateway is required
12. Customer account should be there where they can manage their orders and have visibility of the order status.
13. Search with indexation should be there. Preferably using elastic search or Algolia.
14. Other standard ecommerce functionalities should be there
