E-commerce Mobile Compatible Site

We are building a search engine that requires an e-commerce-like shopfront. Think skyscanner but instead of inputting trip details, you are adding products to a basket then running it through the search engine to get a recommendation.
As this is a time sensitive project - we will give priority to companies/ individuals who have an off-the-shelf solution which they'd do minor tweeks to.
Key features would include:
- phone number / email / SM signup and log in (delayed sign up till after someone hits "Order" for the first time)
- improved search (we currently use browser search). We need a mysql full text search engine with phonetics
- shopping cart with add/remove and quantity variation capability
- Product confirmation page which has a zoomed picture of the product selected
- Waiting page while search engine is looking for recommendation. (ideally would show the latest results)
- Recommendation page from which the customer can "place order" if they like recommendation
- Results filters. When a filter is used, the search engine revises recommendation
- Order confirmation page
- Payment page
- Order history
- Order confirmation emailing plugin
