E-commerce: Automatização de Envio de Tokens

I want to improve the customer experience on my e-commerce platform by automating the process of sending authentication tokens that customers receive by email to their dashboard.
Main requirements:
- Automation of token delivery: the system must be able to automatically forward authentication tokens received by email to the customer's dashboard within the e-commerce.
- The customer's dashboard will have 5 buttons for 5 platforms, the platforms are Steam, Epic Games, Ubsoft, Microsoft and EA and the tokens will have to be delivered on each button, (example: steam token, on the client button get token steam,) (example: Ubsoft token sends the token to the button get token ubsoft) and so on.
- Seamless integration: the automation must be seamlessly integrated into the existing e-commerce system without interrupting the user interface. - This system will need to give me access to input new email addresses or email changes in the future

- Proficient in e-commerce platforms: A solid understanding of how e-commerce platforms operate is essential for the successful implementation of this project.
- Automation expertise: Previous experience in setting up automated systems and processes will be a significant advantage.
- Focus on UX: A keen eye for user experience design is crucial to ensuring that the automation process enhances, rather than hinders, the customer journey on the platform.
