E-commerce Automation: Payment & Unlock Code

I'm looking for an expert to help me automate the e-commerce and delivery process for my new product. The job involves integrating PayPal payment processing with a unique system for sending numeric codes to customers via email or just displaying on paypal transation screen after the transation is complete. The codes are to be used for unlocking a physical box containing the product.
Key deliverables:

- Developing a system that generates a new unique numeric code whenever the box needs to be locked again.
