I'm building a blood pressure recording app. The javascript for adding records is not working properly and shows "undefined" for the values on the page that should display them. This happens when going to the records page and adding a record, the record saves but only 1 of the 4 values shows correctly and that is the DATE field. The other 3, Systolic, Diastolic and Pulse show undefined.
