collage maker php website

i want a website or simple php script where visitors can upload up to 30 pictures and it will merge in grid in 2x2 or 3x3 and provide download link, also if can leave a custom watermark at the end of each picture, i need that function design is not relevant.
woud be good if visitors can "cut" pictures before to merge
please use ajax to show friendly conversion and progress bar %
