codeigniter expert needed for 6 months contract

i need a ci expert, i have a website of around 200 pages and those pages are static many of them even not looks good too, so need to change design too.
we must need to use time tracker and we can stay connected through skyp or whatsapp and i will make payments every week.

i will prefer someone who can work 10 to 12 hours everyday as my work is too big and i want to finish it asap
