chat app fix on php (only if you can start inmediately)

I have an specific file to work with gupshup API messaging. the issue: everytime i send a message it creates a second empty conversation. it happens only with gupshup messaging api so if you know about them or if you want to read the api documentation for this (very very very very short). you can take this task. I will share you the access to test the chat app and logs. this project has a low budget to start but I will increase the budget for next project (long term)
