UI changes for my Codeigniter system

I have a system that I need UI changes and updates made to. the system is currently Codeigniter based and would wish for the look and feel to be more refined and pleasing to the eye. Basically it's just making sure the button, views and overall look and feel are refined well. The theme I would like the system to be replicated from is here:
